Support & Communication
How support works, how quickly we reply, and how we keep you informed.
We aim to respond quickly to support requests, usually within one business day, and faster when something urgent is affecting your site.
We do not offer round-the-clock 24/7 support. Pro includes priority emergency support for critical issues, and we respond as quickly as possible when something urgent affects your site.
We usually communicate by email. You will also receive monthly maintenance reports, and if something important needs your attention, we will reach out directly.
Technical
What is included in the technical maintenance work and where hosting fits in.
It includes everything from updates, backups, and uptime monitoring to security hardening, performance monitoring, support time, and more. See everything that's included here.

The Pro plan includes a performance audit to identify what can be improved. Small performance improvements can often be handled through included support time, while larger optimization work is scoped and billed separately.
You will need your own hosting. We work with your existing hosting setup and can let you know if anything needs attention or improvement. If you need help choosing a host, we can assist you with the process. Migrating to a different one can be billed separately.

Security
How we help reduce risk and keep your WordPress site protected.
Our plans include vulnerability scanning, safe updates, backups, and monitoring. Pro also adds security hardening and bot and spam protection to help reduce common WordPress risks.
We can help check and support your SSL setup, and we monitor SSL status on all plans. If your hosting provider needs to issue or renew the certificate, we will guide that process.
We provide security hardening, malware scanning, and cleanup guidance as part of our plans. If your site has already been compromised, contact us and we can discuss recovery options before you start a care plan.

Onboarding
What we need from you and what the first steps look like after signup.

Onboarding usually starts shortly after signup and mostly depends on how quickly we receive the access we need. Once that is in place, we can begin setup quickly.
